We are an independent Christian Ministry with a special calling in Church growth. Our overriding concern is the growth and well being of the Church and her leaders. The goal of the ministry is to teach and encourage growth in the personal, church, family and business lives of people. We are successful when growth, change and turn around comes to the Church, individual Church leaders and Christians. We believe in both quantitative and qualitative growth of the church. Our teachings on Church growth holds both in constant tension and our publications are those that reinforce this concept. We hope to provide current and up- to – date information to Pastors and Church leaders on ways to grow a better and balanced Church.

The Mission:
 To make available proven principles of Church growth in the African context.
 To support Pastors and strengthen churches for growth.
 To help and network for growth in both independent and denominational churches.
 To help in the training of church workers for the overall growth of the church.
 To serve the body of Christ through seminars crusades church planting and outreaches.
 To provide insightful tips that will eliminate stagnation crisis and decline in the church.
 To provide church growth seminars conferences and workshops for pastors and church leaders.
 To provide church growth resources, such as audio, videotape, resource materials and books at affordable prices to pastors and gospel ministers.
 To offer services of consultancy to the body of Christ through research crisis management, church growth, church decline and marketing.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe that all scripture is inspired by the Holy Spirit. We believe in the virgin birth of Christ, the death, resurrection and ascension of the Lord Jesus and His coming back again to rapture His own to heaven.
